The Kimberly Clark sponsored “Golden Service Awards” are internationally recognised as the hallmark of “quality” and “excellence” in the cleaning services industry.

In operation since 1991, this year 600 guests and 79 finalists, from all corners of the UK, were invited to the Lancaster London Hotel where just 19 winners were announced. Time-Out Services Limited was delighted to have won the prestigious award for “Offices Below 50,000 Square Feet” for service at Bruntwood. This was Time-Out’s very first entry into the awards.

So, a glitzy awards ceremony and recognition for good service, but what does this award really say about Time-Out and its staff? Well in the words of one BICSc Judge, “to win an Golden Service Award the organisation must be consistently operating at the highest levels in delivered cleaning standards, customer service, training, staff development and of course customer satisfaction” – all set against stiff national opposition.
