Our grounds maintenance, interiors and winter services are delivered in close conjunction with selected service partners who are experts in their field and market leaders in each individual specialism. These ancillary or “soft” services are usually provided as a part of a much wider “bundled” services offering.
We specialise in all areas of horticulture across a wide range of building types from offices and corporate headquarters to manufacturing sites in addition to industrial and business parks. Services include; grass maintenance, bed maintenance, planting of annual flower displays be these hanging baskets, tubs or borders along with the maintenance of hard standing be this sweeping and or weed control. As with all services these are delivered by fully trained personnel with acute understanding of health and safety in addition to environmental impact.
We are able to offer a wide range of options with respect to internal planting ranging from; fresh flowers, bespoke internal living plant displays, stunning living walls to artificial plants. Seasonally we are to offer artificial and living Christmas trees and decorations.

Winter services offered include both gritting and snow clearance. Our aim is to work with clients proactively or reactively as required providing salt gritting and snow clearance for car parks, access roads and pedestrian walkways. These services are flexible to suit your business requirements meaning that you can either engage proactively by establishing a planned winter maintenance programme or reactively knowing that we are in the back ground to be called upon should the need arise. We utilise postcode specific weather monitoring enabling us to be accurate in the deployment of services to ensure they are delivered when required and eliminating unnecessary treatments.
With sustained cold and icy periods over the winter months and beyond, in addition to the compensation culture, it has become increasingly necessary to have control measures in place to prevent slips, trips and falls and to protect the financial health of your company.
Waste recycling/management could be viewed as a two pronged approach, the management of waste around a workplace environment and the transportation of said “waste” from site to final destination. In terms of removal from site we work alongside a number of regional waste carriers whose belief’s mirror ours – that landfill is the last resort and recycling rates should be in excess of 90%.
In terms of management of waste within a work environment we have worked closely with our clients in the past, and continue to do so, to embed a healthy recycling culture upon their sites. A large part of this is providing the necessary waste receptacles to facilitate the endeavor in addition, at the outset, to providing the necessary training of building users so that they “buy in” to the reasons why, in addition to ensuring the systems established on site are used correctly to avoid instances of contaminated waste. Individual waste bins will become a thing of the past and recycling stations will be set up at suitable intervals across the accommodation. A good way to get buy in is to create waste champions and if necessary inject a level of competition in terms of league tables between departments at the outset to publish recycling rates, name and shame.See our full range of services
