Our teams work across the North West of England upon our clients premises on a daily basis across a variance of operational shifts in order to facilitate the needs of each individual location. The large majority of these employees have transferred to us from a previous contractor so we are well versed in the working of TUPE regulations. This being said all “new” employees are trained and inducted into the company “the Time-Out” way to ensure they understand our values and the level of service we expect them to deliver on our clients behalf.
As part of the bid process we will carry out an in-depth survey of the premises measuring all the areas to be cleaned. This information, along with that obtained during dialogue sessions with the client to fully understand their requirements, in addition to the issued tender document, will allow us to tailor a bespoke solution to service your exacting needs.
Based at our head office in Stockport we have a team of Operational Managers who support the teams working upon client premises. Unique to the cleaning industry our ratio in terms of the number of individual clients our managers are asked to look after is in the region of 15 per manager. This ensures a high level of service and customer satisfaction as we are not only able to effectively and proactively manage our onsite teams, but also have the necessary time to communicate effectively with our clients to ensure the service we are delivering always meets their requirements.See our full range of services
