In support of the Motor Neurone Disease Association, Time-Out were delighted to assist in a fund raising and auction event organised by Kate Hewison and June Dawson at the Wilmslow Guild.
Supported by over 200 guests on the night, the event was a major success, further increasing awareness of this devastating disease along with raising a whopping £6,200 for the association. This sum of money will go towards realising MND’s vision, “a world free of MND…”
Did you know a person’s risk of developing Motor Neurone Disease is 1 in 300? Research into the causes, treatments and prevention of Motor Neurone Disease continues to be a key focus for the association, along with supporting those people who already suffer with the disease.
