Golden Service Award Winners

The Kimberly Clark sponsored “Golden Service Awards” are internationally recognised as the hallmark of “quality” and “excellence” in the cleaning services industry.

Over 600 guests and 79 finalists, from all corners of the UK, were invited to the Lancaster London Hotel where just 19 winners were announced. Time-Out Services Limited was delighted to have won the prestigious award for “Offices Below 50,000 Square Feet” for service at Booths Park Knutsford. So, a glitzy awards ceremony and recognition for good service, but what does winning a Golden Service Award really say about Time-Out and its staff? Well in the words of one BICSc Judge, “to win a Golden Service Award the organisation must be consistently operating at the highest levels in delivered cleaning standards, customer service, training, staff development and of course customer satisfaction” – all set against stiff national opposition.

“It’s a great achievement for a small company,” says Stephen Kerr, Regional Sales Leader for UK, Ireland and Benelux at KIMBERLY-CLARK PROFESSIONAL*. “Congratulations are due to Time Out for an exemplary approach to service with a personal touch that has a lot to teach the industry.”

Commenting on the awards, Derek Kelly-Cooper Managing Director of Time-Out Cleaning said “I’m delighted on behalf of the whole team at Time-Out to bring this very prestigious award back to the North West. A Golden Service Award provides a clear independently assessed statement about the service Time-Out provides for our clients, and I’m extremely proud to be part of an organisation which delivers at this level”.

“Just wanted to record - the toilets are always brilliantly clean - spotless in fact - she really is a good worker and I wonder how many people give her a “well done”. Anyway I have said to her I think she does a great job. Please will you pass this onto Time-Out. Thanks and regards.”
